When you’re in a relationship, do you ever...
Silence your needs and desires
be honest with yourself
Feel resentful or misunderstood
Have the same argument over and over
Take your partner’s ups and downs personally
Wish your partner could read your mind
Avoid saying what you actually want and then get upset when you don’t get it
My four-month course will help you overcome those challenges through coaching, tools and peer support that enable you to:
Feel a greater sense of connection and play and with your current or future partner. Let go of resentments so you stay present to gratitude for your partner and your relationship. Experience more joy and improve your communication so that conflict turns into an opportunity for more intimacy.

I used to settle in my relationships.
I didn’t think that I could actually have a fully satisfying, deeply committed, sizzling hot relationship. I used to compromise what I truly desired, and instead settled for what I thought I could have. I thought, “this must be as good as it gets.” And yet, each time a relationship ended, I learned a little more about what I wanted, what I didn’t want, and what I was no longer willing to compromise on. Now, I am in a long term partnership that KNOCKS MY SOCKS OFF. My partner and I very consciously co-created our relationship to meet each others’ needs and desires. We respect each other, we’re silly together, we’re not afraid to have hard conversations, we have a really hot sex life.
As a coach and former therapist (trained in couples therapy!), I am obsessed with helping people create the relationships they dream of.
+ You are ready to deep dive and really want group support in transforming your current or future relationships
+ You are willing to show up fully to group calls, for yourself and for your fellow group members
+You have experienced what it means to live with an unfulfilling relationship, and are unwilling to continue.
+ You refuse to settle for a relationship that feels like "this is as good as it gets".
+ You desire a high level of one-on-one support (I suggest 1:1)
+ You prefer not to interact with others in a group dynamic (I suggest 1:1)
+ You and need support around substantial mental health impairments, addiction, trauma, or abuse (I suggest working with a licensed therapist)
+ You don’t want to or are currently not able to invest the time, energy, or resources into transforming your relationship (I get it! It’s not always an aligned time to enter coaching)
The tools, perspectives, reflections, conversations and acknowledgements from our time together have been applicable and very helpful for literally all areas of my life.
Carrie is approachable, friendly, kind and caring yet sturdy, fun, receptive and focused. Each session I felt like Carrie met me where I was. And no matter where that was that day, she was ready to dive into the work. Carrie helped me see connections that exist in my life that felt so separate before. The tools, perspectives, reflections, conversations and acknowledgements from our time together have been applicable and very helpful for literally all areas of my life. I never thought of myself as someone who would consider a life coach, but wow am I glad I did!
My relationships and boundaries have been strengthened, and daily life looks like what I used to dream of.
Carrie has helped me identify and loosen my tight grip on old and false narratives of myself, and to embrace my truth. In this, I have gained so much trust, confidence, and belief in myself. My relationships and boundaries have been strengthened, and daily life looks like what I used to dream of. Carrie is a vessel of love, support, truth, presence, and light. If you are feeling the pull to work with Carrie, listen and take action. Invest in yourself, I promise you are worth it.
I started honoring my needs, doing the work, and answering the hard questions I'd been trying to avoid.
Carrie - with serenity and patience and playfulness and deep, deep compassion - met me where I was. She helped me dismantle the unhelpful things I'd been telling myself for years, and created a safe haven where I could identify my own values and think truly big thoughts about how to live my life in alignment with them. I started honoring my needs, doing the work, and answering the hard questions I'd been trying to avoid.
And things REALLY connected. The magic kicked into gear for me then, and it's still going. So if you are a coaching newbie, take heart: you will be in highly capable and gentle hands.
